NAF Glue of Multi-plywood’s superiorities
一、胶本体特性Characteristics of The glue in itself ：
※（一）零甲醛，制成木制品符合E0、FC0、游离甲醛≤0.5mg/L（干燥室法）
Non-formaldehyde ，the finishing wood production conform to E0 standard in Europe and F CO standard of environmental protection in Japan，free formaldehyde less than 0.5mg/L（drying container methods）.
（二）产品储存期长达6-8个月
Storage period of production is prolonged from six to eight month.
※（三）本产品由天然生物质原料合成，不含醛、苯、酚、氨或其他挥发性溶剂，
Made in natural biomass materials ,excluding aldehyde、benzene、phenol and other volatile dissolvent .
（四）严格执行欧盟REACH法令限定。
To execute REACH linmits’ laws strictly in Europe
（五）涂胶粘度适合（2000-5000cp），填充性佳、不透胶。
Viscosity is suitable （2000-5000m•Pas）,filling qualities is very good, don’t through the glue.

二、物理性能特性Characteristics of physical properties
（七）固化强度高
High-strength Curing
※（八）有极佳的耐水性、耐潮性、耐煮沸性能（JISK6806Ⅰ），连续水煮＞10小时属于WB胶系列。
Excellent properties of waterproof ，moisture resistance and boiling resistance（JISK6806Ⅰ），continuous boiling time is more than 10 hours，belong to WBP GLUE.
（九）耐气候性、耐酸碱性、耐溶剂性能优异。
Super weather，acid ，alkali and solvent resistance .
三、适用特性Applied characteristics
（十）适用室外用胶合板（如船用胶合板、建筑模板、结构胶合板、广告牌用胶合板）。
Appling to plywood outdoors（such as plywood for vessel，building plywood，structure plywood，billboard plywood.
（十一）室内用（如家具用、厨具用、地板基材等质量要求高、耐水、耐气候、耐水煮特性的板材）。
Plywood outdoors(such as furniture、kitchen furniture and floorboard，etc. which require a lot、waterproof、weather，acid ，alkali and solvent resistance.
四、工艺特性Processing characteristics：
※（十二）可低温热压，90-110℃ 宽范围。
It can be hot pressing in low temperature at the range of 90-110℃.
※（十三）预冷压定型快，25℃条件下，10分钟以内。
Stereotyping fast with pre-cold pressing ，10min is ok at 25℃.
※（十四）能容纳较长的开闭合时间，25℃可容许40分钟。（适用期长）
Be capable of accommodating the long time of close and open，40min is allowed at 25℃.
※（十五）产品混合后有足够的活性期（25℃活性期2-3小时以内）
There is enough active times after mixing （within 2-3 hour at 25℃）.
（十六）涂胶触变性能佳，易涂胶。
Excellent thixotropy in gluing，easy to gluing.
（十七）涂布量240-380g/㎡（双面），易省胶。
Glue spreading is at the range of 240-380 g/㎡(double faces),easy to save glue.
※（十八）木材含水率要求宽泛 8-12。
Lumber moisture content demands a broad at 7-12%.
